There is no software to download. DeliverySlip is a web application that can be accessed directly from your browser, your email inbox or mobile device.
Where is the data stored when the email is sent securely?
Secure message content is stored encrypted at rest, using AES 256 bit encryption. Your encrypted data is stored in Microsoft Azure's cloud in the data jurisdiction that you selected (either USA, UK, Canada or Australia) upon your registration.
How does the email system actually encrypt the data that is being sent through DeliverySlip?
Better security starts with the storage of information in a Secure Messaging Database. Data is transported over a secure API (HTTPS) transport pipe for AES 256 bit encryption at rest in the data jurisdiction of your choice. With only one copy of the secured information, senders can readily maintain control over their content, including the ability to prevent the downloading or forwarding of material, as well as the ability to recall messages or revoke database access.
Where is my data stored?
Your encrypted communication will be stored on Microsoft Azure UK-based servers. Only you and recipients will be able to retrieve encrypted messages.
What protections and provisions do you have against hacking and cyber-attacks which could compromise the security of the service?
Data is transported over a secure API (HTTPS) transport pipe for AES 256K encryption at rest in the data jurisdiction of your choice. Additionally, you control the members of your Secure Community. Since you control your directory of known collaborators, impersonation, spoofing and ransomware attacks are eliminated. Additionally, junk mail is no longer a challenge.

We still recommend virus protection for outgoing email messages. Additionally, since both our application and databases are hosted on Azure, you will benefit from Microsoft’s extensive cyber security expertise, technology and processes.
Do your support SSO (Single Sign On)?
DeliverySlip supports Azure Active Directory, Okta, Google, and others.

I sent an email to my personal email address from my DeliverySlip business portal. Now it looks like my setup has been altered as I now am accessing DeliverySlip from my personal account. How do I get back to my business account?
Sending an email to yourself at your personal email address is the same as sending one to a guest that is external to your organization. You currently are accessing secure messages on DeliverySlip via your personal account. To get back to your business account, log out of DeliverySlip (menu button, top left section above the message list). Now, simply log back into DeliverySlip using your business account.
It would be helpful if my colleagues whose emails I have copied into this email are also given an opportunity to use the free trial.
Your work colleagues will automatically be invited to a free trial the first time you send them a new secure message. For business trials, the secure messaging portal is configured so that all users @yourdomain receive the Professional User status by default.
