There is no software to download. DeliverySlip is a web application that can be accessed directly from your browser, your email inbox or mobile device.
Secure message content is stored encrypted at rest, using AES 256 bit encryption. Your encrypted data is stored in Microsoft Azure's cloud in the data jurisdiction that you selected (either USA, UK, Canada or Australia) upon your registration.
Better security starts with the storage of information in a Secure Messaging Database. Data is transported over a secure API (HTTPS) transport pipe for AES 256 bit encryption at rest in the data jurisdiction of your choice. With only one copy of the secured information, senders can readily maintain control over their content, including the ability to prevent the downloading or forwarding of material, as well as the ability to recall messages or revoke database access.
Your encrypted communication will be stored on Microsoft Azure UK-based servers. Only you and recipients will be able to retrieve encrypted messages.

Compose and attach files as you normally would and complete the encryption process by simply pressing the send secure button. You can also track interactions with your messages and attachments when you install our Chrome extension or Outlook Toolbar add-in.
The most popular way to attach a file for approval is to click on the “Documents for Approval” tab in your DeliverySlip panel. You can drag and drop or select the file. You can choose where you want signatures and initials to appear, as well as set deadlines and reminders.
Yes. Once an email has been made secure (encrypted), the email stays secure. With DeliverySlip you will receive real-time notifications of any forwarding activity. For ultimate control over forwarding, select the Do Not Forward option from your DeliverySlip panel.

Yes, embedded Image will be encrypted. Tracking and auditing will be limited to the message. Attached files will also be encrypted and have their unique tracking information.
Sending an email to yourself at your personal email address is the same as sending one to a guest that is external to your organization. You currently are accessing secure messages on DeliverySlip via your personal account. To get back to your business account, log out of DeliverySlip (menu button, top left section above the message list). Now, simply log back into DeliverySlip using your business account.
Your work colleagues will automatically be invited to a free trial the first time you send them a new secure message. For business trials, the secure messaging portal is configured so that all users @yourdomain receive the Professional User status by default.

Yes, local store for Outlook Exchange is supported. With this feature enabled, secure message content is stored locally in Outlook after you view the secure message, and then synced to Exchange.
Yes, DeliverySlip works on mobile phones and you will be able to read and reply to secure messages. Apps are available for iOS and Android devices.
In addition to Microsoft Azure attestations, DeliverySlip maintains a set of documented operating procedures centered on system security and integrity. The Operations Guides can be made available for Enterprise Customers under NDA upon request.
Clients, patients and colleagues outside of your organization will receive a one-time invitation to join your secure gated community. There is no mass registration option available. As a security precaution, clients need to complete a 1-time registration to verify their identity and choose their password. For added convenience, DeliverySlip also supports single sign-on (SSO) for Azure Active Directory, Okta, Google, and others.

As a business user, we will create a uniquely branded secure community for your company. You will have access to all DeliverySlip functionality as well as the ability to add unlimited colleagues and clients by merely sending them a secure message.
After your trial is up, you can choose from one of several paid plans. You can also specify the number of business user subscriptions. Clients are free of charge, forever.
If you’re not ready to subscribe, no problem. You can take up to another 90 days to make your decision at which time DeliverySlip will erase your encrypted data.
If you need more than 30 days, send an email to support@deliveryslip.com requesting an extension.
You will have access to all DeliverySlip functionality as well as the ability to add unlimited colleagues and clients by merely sending them a secure message. The only limitation is that you are allowed 5 secure messages per day. You can upgrade to a regular paid account if you require more message capacity.

No, only the employees that need to communicate securely need to be enabled.
You have a pooled allowance of 250 messages per month. For example, with 10 business users, your monthly allotment would be 2500 messages per month for your organization. The count is inclusive of client messages.
You have a pooled allowance of 5GB per business user. For example, with 10 business users, your storage capacity would be 50GB. Storage usage is inclusive of client users.
